Branson Vacation Channel

I have added a link on the sidebar to the Branson Vacation Channel website. Those of you who have stayed in a Branson hotel are probably familiar with the Vacation Channel. If you are like me, you leave the Vacation Channel on in the background while you are in your room to listen for any good ideas and to add to the feel of being in Branson. If you're only familiar with the BVC from glimpses before you change the channel, you might leave it on for a little longer the next time you are in a Banson hotel. It is a nice resource for visitors and they do highlight some great activities and shows.

I wanted to make this post specifically though to let everyone know about the "Branson Deals" offered at the Branson Vacation Channel site. Through this service you can buy discount gift certificates to area businesses, so if you're willing to decide upon some restaurants before your trip you can save some money. It is also a great site if you are looking for a gift for someone who enjoys spending time in Branson (or who lives in Branson). For example, right now you can buy a $10 gift certificate to Montana Mike's (great steak) or McFarlains (located in the IMAX complex) for only $7. You can go to Branson Deals by clicking here or you can always access it from the front page of the Vacation Channel website.
